Loads a folder, extracts the real text from each file, and lets you search it, organize it by your industry's recommended groupings, and state an objective to get a formatted review with cited evidence and next steps. Every result points back to the exact file and line it came from, with a confidence score.

VDRPros.com turns a folder of files into a working project you can read, search, organize, question, and review. Everything runs in your browser, so your files are never uploaded. The only thing sent anywhere is what you choose to send to an AI model you connect (your question plus the relevant excerpts).
Use “Choose files” or “Choose a folder,” or drag a folder onto the drop zone. Text, CSV, HTML, JSON, XML, PDFs, and Word/Excel/PowerPoint are read for their text. Scanned images and image-only PDFs are marked “needs OCR” (that runs in the full app).
Every file with the time it was added. Click a file to open it in the viewer. Click the row to expand an insight card: a short summary, key dates, parties and amounts found, and related files you can open.
Ask a plain-language question or type a term. The app finds the passages most relevant to your meaning (it ignores filler words like “why/the/are”). Connect an AI model to get a written, cited analysis instead of just passages. “Literal search” does an exact word/phrase match.
Pick your industry to see suggested groupings, or let the app suggest groupings from your files’ content. Click a grouping to build the folder structure, open any file from it, and export the whole thing as a ZIP with your files placed in the right folders.
State what you’re trying to accomplish and the subject terms. You get a formatted review with cited evidence, coverage gaps, and next steps. With an AI model connected, it becomes a full expert analysis. Save reviews to your project.
PDFs open as real pages (Document view) with a Text view for searchable, highlighted content. Images open natively. Word/Excel/PowerPoint show their extracted text. Matches are highlighted in a light color so the surrounding text stays readable, with Prev/Next to jump between them.
Use “New project” or “Make this a Project” after choosing a grouping. Your files, folder structure, and saved reviews are kept in this browser and come back when you return. Switch projects from the dropdown; each is separate.
Open Settings (gear, top right) to connect a provider with your own API key. Then the Ask box and the review run genuine expert-level analysis, grounded in your files and cited. Your key is saved only to this browser if you choose “Save to my profile.”
Files stay in your browser. Only your question and the matched excerpts are sent to the AI provider you connect, using your key. Nothing is uploaded to us.
